One of my favorite things to eat right before I head to bed. Tastes like peanut butter cheesecake!
-3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
-1 Tbsp natural peanut butter
-2 packets truvia
-1 tsp chia seeds
About 225 calories, 22g protein, 9g healthy fats, and oooh so good.
