Providing a good source of healthy fats mixed with a little indulgence, this Healthy Chocolate Avocado Mousse is perfect for any chocolate lover's sweet tooth-without the extra guilt!
- 1/3 cup honey
- 2 avocados
- 4oz dark chocolate pieces
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 3 tbsp coconut oil
- Melt chocolate pieces, coconut oil, & honey on the stovetop in a saucepan for 5 minutes on medium.
- Combine melted chocolate mixture with avocados & cocoa powder in a food processor. Blend until smooth.
- Place in the fridge and chill overnight.
